Bespoke Wall Panel Wrap

We were commissioned to wrap a set of bespoke MDF wall panels forming a three storey feature wall. Each geometric panel was custom fabricated to fit the space precisely, creating a striking architectural focal point.

Before installation, we prepared each panel by sealing and priming the surface to ensure proper adhesion of the vinyl, then wrapped them in Cover Styl’ concrete-effect vinyl for a modern, textured finish. The vinyl was wrapped over the edge of each panel and returned onto the back of the panel for complete coverage and maximum durability.

Once completed, the wrapped panels were installed onto the feature wall, transforming the space with a clean, contemporary look that replicates the depth and character of real concrete without the weight or cost of traditional materials.
